Life Lessons

When it feels like every friend you have is in radio silence – don’t forget to consider you are the one isolating yourself.

If you feel like you have no idea what you are doing with your life – take a breath and remember that it isn’t the end of the world if you don’t have your entire life mapped out – squash that OCD organizational tendency.

When you feel out of place – consider that your simply in a different place – not necessarily a wrong one.

It’s okay to feel sorry for yourself even though children are starving in Africa – just don’t ride the pity wagon for too long or you get damn annoying.

If you realize your social life consists of looking at posts on Pinterest – you need to use this device called a cellphone and talk with a  friend – even if for only a few moments  – hell even text if your that bad.

If everything seems to be going wrong – have your temper tantrum – then remember everything that’s going okay.

When you don’t get everything on the list done – stop the OCD side from having a seizure – you can do it tomorrow – if the world ends I’m pretty sure that list won’t be so important anymore.

If you are having a meltdown – call a friend and let it out – and don’t discard all your meltdown ideas – they could be a great one you would have never thought of in a sane moment.
