Small Towns

In a small towns
Small minds seem large
Noon traffic is seven cars
And every knows
Your dirty laundry
Before you’ve aired it out

In small towns
Things don’t change
And the pace runs
On its own time

In small towns
Everybody picks a side
And no one is ever right

It’s not as simple as life and death
A little twisty of a path than that
It’s about the repercussions
Of choices made
And whether or not
You wat to live with them
